OXFORD promoter Jamie Courtney says the club's future has been secured by the addition of two new investors.
Former Cheetahs rider Spencer Timmo and grasstrack rider/promoter Mike Austin have stepped forward to support the club after a period of uncertainty at the BetGoodwin Stadium caused by the loss of the greyhound contract. Austin is to join Courtney as co-promoter of the Cheetahs with Courtney commenting: “Bringing in two new investors was vital and with Spencer and Mike being local, committed and fully behind the club, the future looks exciting.”
